As a test and measure of our performance, the Australian Customs Service (ACS) recently conducted a compliance benchmark audit. Compliance benchmark testing forms part of Customs responsibilities to monitor the international trading environment and validate relevant transactions with Customs. Items tested were -

The ACS compliance benchmark audit scorecard uses a rating scale from 0 to 12 to identify the level of compliance. The score for GCF Griffin was 12.

100% accuracy and compliance achieved by GCF - Formal ACS confirmation available.

GCF is again well prepared and will easily absorb the impact of the ACS Penalties and Infringement Notice Scheme commencing 12 April 2006.
